The hostel has 10 rooms of different sizes (twins, doubles and small dormitories). Bathroom and shower facilities are shared. There is a large fully equipped self-catering kitchen, a dining room seating 36, 2 lounge/TV rooms with real log fires in winter, a drying room and a private car park leading to extensive woodland walks.
Snowdon Lodge is ideally positioned just 6 miles from Mount Snowdon, yet only 2 miles from beautiful beaches such as Black Rock Sands beach. The famous Italianate village Portmerion is also only 4 miles from the hostel.
Within a mile are the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland railways, the famous Tremadog rocks for climbers. Sorry, no stag or hen parties.
