Àite Cruinnichidh, 15 miles northeast of Fort William, occupies a unique sheltered spot adjacent to the Monessie Gorge; explore remote glens, mountain passes and lochs.
Numerous easy walks within minutes of the hostel and seven magnificent canoeing rivers within 20 miles. The location is also ideal for climbing (rock and ice), mountain biking, skiing or just relaxing.
A warm, peaceful, friendly, country hostel in a converted barn, Àite Cruinnichidh has been renovated to high standards and sleeps 32 in five rooms of four, one of six, one twin and one double/family room en suite. All bedding supplied. A fully equipped kitchen/dining room, sitting room, excellent showers. Additional facilities: sauna suite, garden, seminar room, dark room, use of maps, advice on walking/cycling routes. Groups and individuals welcome.
We do not have wheelchair access but we are glad to accommodate people with all forms of disability whenever we can, and know some sign language.

Public Transport:
Roy Bridge train station and bus stop (2 miles) has several trains and buses to and from Fort William daily. Pick up available from Roy Bridge.
Directions:
From Fort William follow A82 for 10 miles to Spean Bridge, turn right onto A86 for 3 miles to Roy Bridge. Pass though village and continue for 2 miles. The hostel is on right 100m after Glenspean Lodge Hotel on left.
