General Assistant for Llandudno Hostel
Llandudno Hostel is a beautiful Victorian mansion house, based in the middle of the vibrant town of Llandudno. With great shopping, beautiful beaches, natural beauty and many activities close by it is a great place to live. The hostel specialises in accommodation for school groups, international tourists and families staying in our picturesque town.
We are looking for a single live-in position or a couple to join our successful team The accommodation is free but does not include food. The free accommodation is given in exchange for night porter duties as required.
30+ hours per week, this can be split between 2 people if couple, 6-12 Months temporary contract with a possibility of becoming permanent. 2nd 30 hour available in April 2012
Duties include the general day to day running of the hostel, great experience for potential manager of hotels or hostels as the tasks are varied and give a great overview of the running of such establishments. The duties include bed changing, cooking, waiting on, laundry, roller ironing, cleaning, welcoming guests, answering emails and telephone.
Wages start from £6.50 per hour and may increase depending on experience and performance.
Start Date to be agreed, end of October
